Please note: Specialist cleaning products and hand tools are supplied by Clean Carnage. Customers must provide suitable working household equipment, including a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, sweeping brush and step ladder where required, along with access to hot water and electricity.

What Clean Carnage Does Not Provide
- Waste or furniture removal: Clean Carnage does not take rubbish, unwanted furniture or other items to the tip or another disposal site. Rubbish can be bagged and placed in bins provided at the property.
- Repairs or restoration: We do not repair cracked tiles, broken fixtures, damaged surfaces, worn flooring or other existing property damage.
- Structural or non-cleaning work: We do not carry out building work, repairs, decorating, gardening, tree/root removal, pest control or similar non-cleaning services.
- Untrained specialist services: We do not undertake any specialist cleaning service that requires training, certification, products or equipment we are not currently qualified or equipped to use.
- Bulky equipment provision: Customers must provide suitable household equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, sweeping brush and step ladder where required.
- Guaranteed team cleaning: Standard quotes are based on one cleaner. Additional cleaners may be arranged where available for an extra fee.
If your property requires something outside the services above, you may need to arrange a separate specialist or removal service.
